Hello, I'm Jo.

A midwife by trade, but also a keen pottery enthusiast. I've spent ten years making wonderful pottery, teaching workshops and firing my kiln. I specialise in bespoke baby prints onto ceramic, and raised 3D casts. It's lovely to finally have a place to call home in Westbourne.

Bring me your baby or child and let's capture beautiful prints to treasure forever. A gentle press into soft clay, capturing every tiny detail, hand finished and personalised, on ceramic or as a raised 3D cast. Ready in about three weeks, with framing options in the studio and a postal service if you need it.

Every class starts the same way. An apron, a wedge of clay, and no idea what you're capable of yet. Pick a workshop and unleash your inner artist. No previous skills needed, and all workshops are tutor led with one-to-one help and guidance.

Around the kiln

Most people come for one class and keep coming back after discovering a love of clay. Start with a taster, settle into a weekly group, and when the Kiln Club opens you can rent bench time, with full use of the studio tools and equipment, the wheels, allocated drying space, glazes and kiln firing time. Membership opportunities coming soon.
